Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read and share links to this site. Please don't try to disrupt it, misuse the forms or speed test, or copy large parts of it for your own use.

The text, design and code on this site belong to Digital Heroes Studio, unless stated otherwise. Some illustrations and images are used under licence from third parties. Client logos, screenshots and case study material belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission. Please don't reuse any of it without asking.

Information on this site

I do my best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the content is general information, not specific advice for your business. Case study results describe what happened for those clients and aren't a guarantee of the same results for you.

The speed test

The speed test uses Google PageSpeed Insights. Results can vary between tests and devices, and they're provided as a helpful guide only. I'm not responsible for decisions made based on them alone.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are a guide. "From" prices depend on the size and needs of your website. Any work is only agreed once I've confirmed a quote in writing.

Hero Hours and calls

Sidekick and project work

Sidekick plans and project work are covered by a separate agreement, which I'll send you before we start.

I'm not responsible for the content of other websites linked from this site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, I'm not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general content.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
