How it works
Book and fill in a short form
Pick a time that suits you, then tell me about your business and what you want your website to do. It takes about five minutes.
I review your site before we meet
I go through your website, Google search, your Google Business Profile and AI search, and note what's working and what isn't.
We meet for an hour
By video call, screen shared. I walk you through what I found and answer your questions.
You get the recording and action list
Both arrive within two working days, with what to fix first and a plain-English note on why.
What happens next

Work through the list at your own pace. Everything is explained in plain English, so you or whoever does your site can get on with it.
I do it for you
Hand the list back to me and I'll sort it, whether that's fixes, SEO or both, at a fixed price agreed before I start.
A new website
If a new site is the better answer, I'll tell you that too, and plan it with you.
The fee comes off any work you go ahead with.
Questions
Is it really just an hour?
The call is an hour, but I review your site properly beforehand and write up your action list afterwards, so there's a good deal more time behind it.
How long does it take to get my action list?
Within two working days of the session, along with the recording.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just the short form when you book, your website address, and access to Google Search Console or Analytics if you have them. If you don't, that's one of the things I'll check.
What if I'm not technical?
That's fine, most people I work with aren't. I explain everything in plain English, and the action list says what each fix is for, so you can do it yourself or hand it to someone else.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you're near Saltdean, Brighton or along the Sussex coast, we can do it over a coffee. Otherwise it's a video call, which works just as well.
What if I need a new website?
I'll tell you straight, and explain why. If you go ahead with me, the Hero Hour fee comes off the build.
