Questions people ask me
Do you only work in Sussex?
No. I'm based in Saltdean and love working with local businesses face to face, but I work with clients all over the UK and as far afield as Hong Kong and Japan, and everything works just as well over a video call.
I built my site myself. Can you still help?
Yes. Plenty of my work is improving sites people built on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or with AI tools. A Hero Hour is the best place to start.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. Every job gets a fixed price, agreed before I start, so there are no surprises. If you're not sure what you need, a Hero Hour (£149) will tell you, and the fee comes off the price if you go ahead.
What's AI search and does it matter for me?
Tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews now answer questions that used to send people to websites. I check whether they mention you, and help make sure they do.
